Anti-Abuse and Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines the acceptable use of digital products (websites, applications) created or managed by **Maroc-Dev**. Adherence to these standards is required for all clients and end-users.
1. Prohibited Activities
Services must not be used for any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to:
- **Unlawful Content:** Hosting or distributing content that is illegal under Moroccan or international law.
- **Infringement:** Violating the intellectual property rights of others (copyrights, trademarks, patents).
- **Malware:** Distributing, linking to, or running malicious code, viruses, or phishing schemes.
- **Harassment & Hate:** Promoting hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or violence.
- **Security Breaches:** Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of any network, system, or software (e.g., hacking, DoS attacks).
2. Resource Usage (If Hosting/Maintenance is Provided)
Clients must ensure their applications do not consume disproportionate network or server resources that negatively impact other users.
- Running excessive database queries, cron jobs, or automated scripts without prior agreement is prohibited.
- Using services primarily for mass unsolicited emailing (spam).
3. Enforcement and Reporting
**Maroc-Dev** reserves the right to immediately investigate, suspend, or terminate services without notice if a violation of this Anti-Abuse Policy is confirmed.
